The relaunch of this newsletter + a major life update
I first launched this Substack newsletter about 7 months ago. It’s gone through some changes since then! It now has a new focus, or mission, that I’m excited to share with you all!
This is a newsletter and blog about the intersection of life, faith, and writing.

Here are three reasons why I’m writing this newsletter and blog:
I’m a writer and one of my desires is to write full-time. The support I find here helps me get closer to that goal. That’s why you’ll find premium content locked behind a paywall.
I want to share what I’ve learned with the hope it helps you learn from my mistakes. I mostly write about my own life experiences, faith, and writing.
I want to connect with my readers. Substack allows me to focus on writing while also having a place to build a community with real people. I don’t want to just have “followers” on social media. I want to connect with my readers without being at the mercy of any tech algorithm.
As an independent writer, I rely on the support of readers like you! It means the world to me those of you who subscribe on any level!
I don’t have a set publishing schedule (I’m aiming for at least once a week), but I do promise to deliver content that’s worth your time and attention and not just links to books, articles, or other resources. I want to give you content that’s of value and worth you taking the time to subscribe.
Topics I’ll write about include but are not limited to:
Life experiences (lessons I’ve learned, mistakes I’ve made, etc…)
Faith-filled content to encourage you in your walk with Jesus
Writing: I will talk about all things writing and publishing
This newsletter is essentially a melting pot of ideas that I hope you find interesting and enjoy reading, listening to, or watching (there will be video and audio content uploaded as well).
Thank you for taking the time to check my newsletter out. I do hope you subscribe and, if you like what you see here, invite your friends and family to subscribe as well!
Until next time,
- Aaron
