I think this is very true, but there is also another side to the story. Part of being a child is learning how to not only accomplish tasks but to help others accomplish tasks. That’s a vital scale they’re going to need when they’re adult. If we teach them that anybody can be interrupted at any time for any reason, then they’re not going to be successful when they get out into the world of work.

I agree! Important for sure!! That’s def needed for when they are older!

My point is we must be approachable. With that comes learning when to interrupt and when not too. But the biggest thing is learning to allow the Lord to interrupt our schedule…not to be too busy to where we miss what He’s trying to do right in front of us.
